The Cinema memories we have recorded through the project will be placed as a collection within The North West Sound Archive so that part of our local cinema heritage can be preserved for future generations.
We took a group of students from Crosby High School on a visit to the North West Sound Archive which is in Clitheroe Lancashire. Here the students learnt about the work of the sound archive, why we keep records and how to ask questions. We also saw the place where our recorded cinema memories will be kept.
